My car looks almost brand new after the repair, but there are a few issues I noticed afterward. There’s a small paint chip in the repaired area. Additionally, the rear light and bumper feel and look slightly loose when I press on them, which isn’t the case on the other side of the car. (It’s nothing noticeable unless you actually touch the parts on the car—it’s not like my bumper or light are going to fall off.) I was also unaware at the time of payment that my car would be serviced at a different location. So, it was a bit alarming when my phone alerted me that my car was moving in a different location than where I dropped it off at. However, the owner quickly clarified the situation when I reached out, explaining that the repair was being completed at another shop. At the time of pick up the owner reassured me with a lifetime warranty on the paint, which gives me peace of mind about the chip. I plan to wait about a year before addressing it, in case there are any further issues with the paint. Hopefully, during that time, I can also get the rear light and bumper secured properly. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend this shop. I’ve included 2 before pics and 2 after pics. :)
